Notebook

Welcome!

Dear readers, one and all: Welcome to my new website! I’m so glad you’re here. Take a look around, make yourself at home, stay as long as you like. Around the site you can learn about who I am and what I do. Here on the blog, from time to time I’ll post musings on the writing and editing process; recent projects; life as a freelancer; tips, tools, and inspiration; travel; and other adventures in life and literature.

Although this site is brand new, the blog already has numerous posts. These are select writings from past iterations of my life as a blogger. Many of these pieces describe my experiences living, working, and wandering in India, where I have traveled regularly since 2005, and which will surely inspire future writings here.

Speaking of inspiration: I want to thank the wonderful people who lent their insight and support to make this site a reality. To Betty Barnard, Mary Beth Caschetta, Jo Chattman, Sally Curcio, Morgan Griffin, Kevin Kennedy, David Kittelstrom, Sally Knight, Andy Rotman, Arline and Barry Rotman, Kristin Scheible, Aaron Sinift, Mistinguette Smith, David White, James Wilson, all of my clients, past, present, and future, and especially Rachel Nahmias of One Part Gypsy, without whom this site would not exist: You are amazing.

And thank you, reader, for being here. Read and enjoy, and do come back again soon for my next post, where I’ll talk about creative visioning—and elephants.
